If this is Anope or Unreal. Is there a way to set it so that you need a password to use registered nicks. So that people can't go on registered nicks w\o a pass.
1) Module for Anope?
2) Restrict nickreg only for IRCOps, and use Eggdrop (as IRCOp) with TCL script (easiest way)?
