Can Any 1 help my in my Error ? Win I start my Unreal3.2 server it`s Give my that error

[error] IRCd configuration failed to load
Possible error encountered (IRCd seemingly not started)

Firstly make sure there is an unrealircd.conf file.

Secondly make sure it contains a valid configuration as per the documentation.

Thirdly without any more to go on theres little else that i can suggest.
