hey does anyone know how to run BOPM local cause i dont have a static ip ?

just put your server ip to 127.0.0.1

People need to know more than "that doesn't work" if you would like for them to help you. What are the error messages that BOPM is telling you?

Change your DNSBL lookup server from the blitzed one to another one. Blitzed no longer supports DNSBL's.
