This is the error message I am getting:

[Fri Jun 11 21:39:27 2004] - Error binding stream socket to IP 60.90.90.112 port 6667 - irc.cyborgowner.com[]:Can't assign requested address

I should have my listen port set to my IP address correct?

Also, I have irc.cyborgowner.com forwarded to this IP address, is that affecting this siuation?

Is your shell provider located in Japan? If not, that isn't your IP.

Verify the IP is the one your shell provider gave you.
