I've got Unreal completely setup, working fine on my internal network and external as well as having Magick services completely installed.

I'm having a problem however with users being able to DCC, basically... they can't. The recipient gets the request, accepts, and nothing. A friend and I worked on this together and his CONF and INI files are virtually identical to mine yet his DCC functionality is perfect. I am able to DCC back and forth to him on his network, but not on mine.

The only difference between our networks at this point is I am running this on a Windows XP Pro machine, and he is on Windows 2003 Server.

Any thoughts?

It sounds to me there's no real problem in your server. It must be a network problem, I think. For example, such an occurrence can usually happen if there's no direct connection between the clients.

I think Stskeeps already solved his problem in the chat.
AFAIK, the problem was he was connecting locally from the Windows server to the ircd and was not using his external IP.
