How to make regex for this ? Note that I can't ban their IP as it may affect many other users. I would just like to spamfilter their nicks combinations. Their nicks/idents are always with 5/6 characters

That's a hard hit. This won't hit all the bots, but it will hit several Missing only one of your example bots. It would help greatly if you would provide us with the realnames too. You seem to have deleted them with the hosts.

That won't hit all your bots, but anything more will start hitting users.

Check for ctcp version responses. And realname stuff can help us.
