Locking a client into a channel

My apologies if this is in the wrong forum. I couldn't decide if this should be here or in the Unreal 3.2 Support forum.

The network owner has asked if unreal has something that would allow us to temporarily lock a client into the viruschan when then match a spamfilter.

Currently we're experiencing clients being forced into the viruschan by the spamfilter, and then they join other channels, and/or leave the viruschan before we have a chance to talk to them.

I use mIRC and know that a simple script that uses SAJOIN in conjunction with an ON PART event would realistically do this, but the owner has asked that I enquire as to whether Unreal already has something like this.

If this does exist, we would appreciate direction to the details regarding this command, as I was unable to find anything in my search.

m_quarantine is a good way to accomplish this though it will not be triggered by the spamfilter...
