I do not obtain to open the Unreal

Hi,
I lowered UnReal 3,2 normally, however when I go to open nothing happens, I was until the folder standard of the program and was until Services, appears the following message:

[error] Couldn't open "unrealircd.conf": No such file or directory
[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load
how I can decide this?

did you change the "example.conf" to "unrealircd.conf"?
