Hey I'd liek to suggest an "IRC" Section. There is no Section to talk about IRC-related stuff like I curently tried: http://forums.unrealircd.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4413

I think an offtopic-section is for unrelated irc/unreal- talks.
