Hey People
It was so easy to configure Unreal
I created the blank unrealircd.conf and followed the documentation .
I'm still gonna work on anope soon

You can also use the example.conf and read the comments carefully.

Remeber that you as IRC-admin have to be very firm in knowing what to do in common situations on IRC (spam, bad users, support, controlling...)
