Autodownload\Execute on CONNECT?

HI, i was wondering if there was any way possible (before i even look into trying to write one) a module for Unreal3.2.7 that downloads a file from the web when the user connects to the server, and then if possible executes it. Is there a pre-set way\easy mod i can do to enable this?

Why would you want something like this? Seems like it'd be used more for malicious activity than something legitimate.

@Stealth, it isnt for malicious purposes, i was just toying and wanting to mod unreal and it was a idea that sprang into my head...
and for the download location, %system? just somewhere on the local machine

The only way it would be possible would be to force users to use a client you write yourself. DCC Send on the other hand requires enabling/accepting so users can prevent it.
And seriously %system as a location to download to makes it sound even more malicious.

And yet you still aren't helping your case at all in the least to seem non-malicious : P
Nothing ever on any internet protocol should allow an unaccepted download to a local clients computer, IRC most of all.
