Connection Refused

Okay, i have the unrealircd.conf file setup. I have IRCd running, and then when i connect, it says: connection refused. Any help on what might be causing this?

Have your forwarded the ports in the listenblock correctly? If so, if you're trying to connect to your own computer (where the server is running), try connecting to 127.0.0.1
