Okay,

I am trying to link my server w/ anope. I am currently the SERVICES HOST. I have another guy hosting the server. We both reset the passwords on the config files, and we get a LoCops message saying: I am connect straight to his IP. With the updated password. Do i need to have ports on my wireless router bypassed?

The error is straight out descriptive, its the password, doesn't say anything about connection or ports or anything of the sort other than password : P

Either someone isn't rehashing the password into the IRCd properly or they aren't saving it, or something of a similar sort : P

The IRCd config must be rehashed when the linkblock password is updated, also you must make sure the configuration files to both are where they should be (eg; if you edit locally but the servers are hosted remotely, make sure the files uploaded successfully) and so on.
