Error to start unrealirc3.2.6

hi all when i compile all i use the comand ./unreal start to start it in my dedicated server but the program show a error :
[[email protected]]$ ./unreal start
Starting UnrealIRCd
./unreal: line 10: enter: command not found
Possible error encountered (IRCd seemingly not started)

ircd.log. If you cannot solve the problem, read
Unreal.nfo on where to get support

tail: cannot open `enter/ircd.log' for reading: No such file or directory
