Hey guys. I'm totally confused. Looking for some help.

I can connect to my IRC locally (127.0.0.1) without a problem and everything works fine. I have the config set to listen on 6667. I have my firewall off and I have set my router to foward that port. But, no matter what, I and nobody else can connect through my external IP address (24.110.207.69). No matter what, the connection just times out. I've restarted Unreal and I'm sure its running, so that isn't the problem.

What do I do? D:

Really? Like, you can connect to the IRC server I have running? Very odd. What could be wrong then? Why can't I connect to my own server?

Which one is correct? You first state that you can connect to your server and now you can't?
