hey i just need some help i have changed somethign in the config and i dont know what all users opers and non opers see wallops i have the connect block set to

modes-on-connect "+ixw";
modes-on-oper "+xwgs";
oper-auto-join "#opers";
auto-join "#help";
dns {

so i dont see why non opers can see the wallops mainly from servoices doing a back up every hour but id rather non opers to not see this kind of thing can someone please help ...
