ive seen an ircd. you /server and all u see is nothing basically. no looking up hostname n stuff. anyone heard of it? id like to get it. thanx.

Usually a server hacked to pieces for use as a botnet hosting location, the notices are all stripped out and most standard commands not needed by the bot runners. That way it makes it far more difficult to detect as an IRCd.
