Hi all,

I'm trying to get an irc bot running on Unreal, and every time I try to ping the bot, it goes like this:

/msg rbot ping
rbot Message target change too fast. Please wait 1872183015 seconds

I'm not sure what the problem is (irc newbie), but it seems like something is off with the irc daemon -- it think I'm a spammer of some sort? I've checked the unix system clock, and it's not off, but the wait time seems excessive. What should I do to get this working? I'm not the owner of the irc daemon, but I can get access to it if I need it.

Okay, this is happening for everyone, not just the bot. No-one can send private messages to each other any more.
