Channel Mode +M is a toggle to make it so the channel is basically pseudo-moderated (+m), where it only prevents people from talking if they are unregistered and not voiced.

What channel specifically does it do it in, and what exactly are you saying? does it do it with anything you say, or is it literally something 'specific'?

Since "[C]hs[M]" isn't part of UnrealIRCd, you should contact the support of whomever manages [C]hs[M]

So let me get this straight, you are complaining about channel mode +M not working on a channel you don't want it set on?

If you want it to work, take -M out of the mlock for the channel.

Do you have channelmode +f set at all?
This could possibly be a malformed flood protection configuration, setting +M believing that you're flooding by writing 1 line in however many seconds?
