When i make /usr/local/etc/rc.d/unrealircd stop

All data lost, and when i restart there's no nickersv register and channels.

What's the problem?

This means Anope is unable to save it's DB's for whatever reason. Reasons include disk space, disk quotas or file permissions. The most common reasons for file permissions getting n the way is compiling and installing Anope as a user that ISNT the user you run Anope as.
