conf file

i have noticed that the hardest part of setting up an IRC server is the conf file.. to me its no so much disorganized but jumbled up. now i have redone it to where it is more legable if anyone wants to look at it let me know and i will send it to you. looks good on notepad but not sure for wordpad or MS Word.

I can't really say it's more organized than the 'normal' lay-out that comes with the Unreal download. But hey, different people have different tastes
From what I see, everything's in it.
(Note: This isn't really a services issue, please try selecting the forums better next time to keep things organized
. This would fit better in Unreal Support 3.2:P)
