UnrealIRCD Problem!

Hi to all
I have small problem with IRC Server "Unreal3.2.7" and "anope-1.8.0-rc1" (local network on RedHat5)
I can start Unreal, but can't started anope.
Here is my conf and log file:

What is Wrong?
