Error (Windows UnrealIRCD)

* unrealircd.conf:2: loadmodule modules/cloak.dll: failed to load: Access is denied.
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load
I'm using Vista Bussiness

greet you, I think you have not understood about the problem you need to review files UnrealIRCD
1,windown on what you have to have this
LoadModule "modules / commands.dll";
LoadModule "modules / cloak.dll";
2,cloak.dll either of the files you do not have in the folder settings
3,you should also consider the right folder on your settings

Absolute nonsense.
This is about privileges over the .dll's. If the topic starter uses Vista, he should use the search feature as there are some treads around which explains some things about this.

just use another cloak.dll that will fix the problem
i tryed it and that helpt it for me so

I've searched for another .dll file, and i've also searchd the forums for related problems.

How about we start by gaining some useful information:
1) What operating system are you using?
Answer already given: Windows
2) What version of Windows are you using?
3) How much have you looked for related issues, and what search strings etc did you use?
This has come up several times, mostly for Vista but some for XP.
The DLL's are proprietary, there aren't other dll's that will just 'drop in' in this situation. Chances are the case where one was copied in were because it reset the permissions rather than being any different code-wise..
