If I change the name of the services, and thus also need to change the U-lines of the unrealircds, what is the proper rehash/restart incantation to make it work?

(Assuming services has been changed and rejoined on it's new link)
1. Change u-lines and rehash all servers
2. Change u-lines and rehash all servers, then restart services
3. Change u-lines and restart all servers

Ideally the process would go thus:

EITHER
A:
Shutdown services
Replace U-lines on all servers
Rehash all servers
Change services name/link block
Start services
Test, verify everything is working

OR
B:
Add new U-lines for new name on all servers
Rename link blocks
Rehash all servers
Rename services name
Restart services
Test, verify everything is working
Remove old u-lines
Rehash all servers
Test, verify everything is working
