Hi All, i've just finished setting up Unreal and Ausserv, so basically I have it all running and it's all good. But the reason why I need help is because I want to now how do I set opers diffrent levels etc?

If you mean Ausserv, no idea. Never used it.
If you mean Unreal, example.conf is a good place to start.

Your best bet is to use the built in help files on your services package. Try typing /chanserv help for help with chanserv etc . Or alternatively read the docs that came with it.
