OK they simply stopped working from one thay to other!
Any idea on what's happening?

I partially solved it. Not all the databases were saved.

What is the first configuration option on the anope network file? Is it related with the databases? I think that was the problem.

First you're talking about Auspice, now Anope? Which is it?

Not too sure on what you mean by the Anope question, but if you are using Auspice, I strongly advise you change services. Auspice has a lot of bugs, one of the more severe and irritating being regular total database corruption. Very bad.
