HELP Clock Module Problems

By reading the error.
hint: you probably want to load cloak.so
Or by reading the FAQ:

or
loadmodule "src/modules/oldcloak.so";
and read the "Release Notes" and the "Docs".

loadmodule "modules/cloak.dll";

The first examples with cloak.so are for nix and the example cloak.dll is windows . use which ever is appropriate also dont forget to add the cloak keys to unreal.conf
