Im Search a Script whit One Command reset all Servers Luser peak to 0

Why?

Anyhow, it cant go to zero, the lowest possible lusers value that can be set is the current number of users.

Look into SVSLUSERS (/helpop ?SVSLUSERS) Use it with services RAW

Well I could imagine why - if you were hit with a big botnet flood and don't want false numbers showing.
