Completly server Ban somone on unrealircd?

Hello, I have A User I Want banned off my ircd, I Have him banned in the channels but not the server.
Can somone tell me the command to ban him? He's not in a channel :S

.... do you seriously not know how to ban someone?
I think you really need to learn how to staff a server before running one.

User is connecting from *@62.202.41.201 62.202.41.201
/gzline +*@62.202.41.201 or /gzline +*@62.202.41.* if his ip is dynamic,also u can use /zline if it doesnt work with prefix + try without that.
