I get that error what is that


-my server name- Error binding stream socket to IP [ip num] port 443 - irc.my server name.com[ip number.443]:Can't assign requested address

That error means the IP you told your IRCd to bind to is not available on any of the local network interfaces. The ONLY valid IP's for binding to are "*" and any IP listed in ifconfig (ipconfig for windows)
