I am brand new to this stuff, and i installed the unrealircd 3.2.2 or something and whenever i open the desktop icon i get this:

* Loading IRCd configuration ..
[error] Couldn't open "unrealircd.conf": No such file or directory
[error] Could not load config file unrealircd.conf
[error] IRCd configuration failed to load

I need step by step instructions on what to do. Explain EVERY detail! Thanks!

You say you want specific details, but don't provide any yourself.

What operating system?
What version of Unreal?
What exactly is this "icon" on your desktop (is it a shortcut, the EXE, a folder, what?)

Unless you can provide us with details, all I can say is: it appears like it can't find the configuration file or something.
