Setup?

Hello all, I'm fairly new to creating an IRC server and am in need of one of you to help me. I currently have the UNrealIRCd downloaded but I'm too ignorant to do anything with it. If someone could show me what to do via posting here or my MSN ( [email protected] ) it would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently using windows if that makes a difference. Thanks.
