I know this is probably the noobest of the questions, but i don't know what i can do anymore
I'm trying to add aliases such as /ns and /cs, i had done this other times, but i just can't now =/
I'm sending both services.conf and unrealircd.conf

Perhaps, but good looking usually does the trick!

That services-server doesn't match your services-server, so you need to change that.
