Where IS my server?

I've made my server on UnrealIRCd, but.. How do I connect to it? Where is it? I have the program mIRC, can I connect with that? How do I log on to my server?!
Also.. What's the name of the server? What do I have to connect to, and how can I change that?

The same way you log onto any other server

Whatever you set it to.
What do I have to connect to, and how can I change that?
You connect to your IP, or a domain name that points to your IP. To change it, buy a new domain name.
