In the Anope configuration file, (assuming you're using Anope) near the NickServ configuration there will be something like ths
NSGuestNickPrefix "Guest"
All you have to do is change were it says "guest", to what ever you want it to be, for example if you wanted it to be your network name, and your network was for instance Quakenet you would have it like this:
NSGuestNickPrefix "QuakeNet"

Also Anope doesn't force nick changes if the user is connecting from a host found in their NS access list. There is a separate setting for preventing NS access being used by default in the config file.

Auspice has not been in development for well over 5 years, and even when it was it didn't work well.

We recommend you use a currently active services package, such as anope or atheme
