Hey i want pay conf with md5

hey i have conf but i don`t no commands to unreal i want pay for conf with md5 and with if user is banned then user automat join to #banned
if this ok to pay for conf?

Why would you want to pay for something you could easily manage by just reading all the comments added in the configs???
The feature you're talking about should be done via a module and cannot be done by a option in the config.
