Just try ./Config
Yes there may be a bug in their script but type: ./Config to get started. If you still have issues, report them to: http://bugs.anope.org/

guess it was my fault, i modified a services module ... it loaded fine but whenever i used to load it, services kept crashing... thx for the reply tho
