Hello,
Is it possible to host multiply irc's at only 1 UnrealIRCD application?

Not quite sure I understand you but...
You can have multiple installations of the IRCd on one machine, as long as each installation binds to a different IP and/or port. If you intend to link them, then of course they have to have different info in the me block

No, each instance of UnrealIRCd can only run one server, however it can bind to multiple IPs, and have multiple hostnames
