hi guys.. i run unrealircd from my home computer (Windows Vista) and need to open port 6667 for other people to be able to connect to my server... i'm using my phone as a modem (so i have a private ip). How can i open the port? i'v already tried to add it to my firewall's exceptions,,, not working!!! hope you can help me..
i,m using Samsung GT-s5233a

I doubt you will be able to if you are using a cell device to connect since you will not have access to the firewall/router that does network translation.
