Problem with some module

Hello
Yesterday i installed my unrealircd and it was running proparly. When i type /rehash there were no errors. But today when i type /rehash the following errors come up
Anyone have any idea why this is happening.. since yesterday i didn`t even open unrealircd.conf and boom errors ..
