I would like to first off apologize if this has already been answered, but I was unable to locate the solution to this problem. I'm a technical administrator for a small network, we have 5 servers that are currently split. Our main hub is running fine with service, and our secondary hub is running with the other 3 servers attached to it. When I try to manually /connect server.name, I get an error that the server didn't respond. I did this on the primary hub to the secondary and vise versa. I am unable to determine why I am having this issue since they were running perfectly normal when I went to work 9 hrs ago. Any assistance or direction guiding would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I was able to get our primary hub to connect to a different server.

I would leave it that way for now.

Not all networking issues can be solved by you as the user and there could be internet issues between the 2 servers preventing them from connecting directly. If you have then connected via an alternate link, I'd leave it that way and try to re-connect them later after the internet heals.
