Hi,

Do you know of any easy way to have users authenticated to join 1 channel?
Once authenticated once, these users would be able to join the channel.

Use Services to provide nick registration and thus authentication and then simply set channel mode +R which requires the user be identified to a registered nick (has user mode +r) to join.
