How can I make a server that would listen from port 1300 to 7000
without adding the
listen: 1300
listen: 1301
listen: 1302
and so...

i need a detalited and clear soltuion because my english is crappy

But do you really think it is a smart idea to listen on 5700 Ports?

EDIT: Ok, that won't work... you can not use that many ports, UnrealIRCd is smart enough to forbid you that

Totally offtopic, but you don't love mathematics, do you? Between 1300 and 7000 inclusively there are 5701 numbers. (Generally in range X to Y you can count Y-X+1 numbers.)
