Cannot see the users when I join the channel.

Alright, I am unable to see any users unless they join _after_ I am already in the channel and when I leave it and re-join they are gone again, I am new to IRCd so can someone help me figure this out?

What version of unreal are you using?
What client are you using and what version?
Do you have any scripts loaded?

Do you have +u set on the channel?
