How To Change The ~(+q(owner)) to ~(+a) , &(+a(protect)) to &(+c) , %(+h(halfop)) to %(+M).
The New Status's is ~Admin &CoAdmin and %Moderator.
Can SomOne Say How To i can get that dll for unreal32?

You can't.

Why? i saw some modules.and in the that modules's Description: added new mode +D or +Z and etc(win32 modules)

Those modules add modes for new functions.

You're requesting to change existing modes that are not modules.
