the whole idea of svs is that it is a services level (uline) set of commands.
in order to use svs commands without using operserv is to uline yourself but that is very much not advisable as you can do alot of damage if you do not know the commands correctly. plus with svsnick .. it's not just a case of typing /svsnick nick1 nick2 .. you have to include the timestamp too of the server as with most of the svs commands.
a mirc alias with uline would be something like /nc /svsnick $1 $2 $ctime
again though.. i must insist against using such commands and write an alias using the correct operserv layout. /nc /msg operserv svsnick $1 $2 etc

SVS commands cannot and should not be used directly by a human. They are designed for services, hence the SVS part. Most services packages do have a SVS-command equivalent which should be used if you want to use a SVS command.
I am locking this thread because the use of SVS commands by a human is DANGEROUS and not supported.
