No rank on ID

Hello,
My IRCd wont rank me on ID. I have no idea hwere to look in the setup files, does anyone have any idea why it occurs?

It wont rank me, as in, give me +v+h+o+ao+qo e.t.c. It wont give me the proper modes for my access levels on ID. But it gives me the ranks when i /hop or /join a new channel.

That has nothing to do with unreal, that is your services package. Please also note.that being an ircop will not chanop you in all channels. You only get chanop status in channels you have access to.
Anope calls this feature "ModeOnID".
