No Notice on Connect/Disconnect

Hey i have a problem when a user connect/disconnect to irc. Unreal dont send me a notice on Connect/Disconnect.
all other things works fine anyone have a idea ?

Try: /mode your-nick +s +cF .. +c= local connections, +F= far or remote connections. For more info on snomasks type: /helpops ?snomasks .. yes, with the question mark.
