Hi All,

I sit a while with a problem. I have successfully kick the option to disable a channel by +Q to add, but I'm only a +b problem. Does anyone know how I can disable +b on channel, so only halfop can kick and not ban? Thank you very much! Sorry for my bad english.

At the moment, there's no feature to alter the things halfop (and other levels) can and cannot do.
It has been suggested many many years ago, but only once.
