Hello all, i would like to request a module or at least support in creating a module for Unreal3.2

The module would set a mode that on the user and a channel to accept or deny a access, and accept or deny pm's depending on the mode.

1) mode +Z - Under 13 years old -
[*]This would deny Private Message,
[*]allow them only into a channel with +D - Restricted to Under 13s
[*]WHOIS LINE: User under Legal Adult Age

2) mode +Q - Age 13-18 years old -
[*]This would only deny Private Message (settable by operators in config)
[*]and only allow them into a channel with mode +G on.
[*]WHOIS LINE: User under Legal Adult Age

3) mode +P - Age 18+
[*] allow them full access to the network
[*]deny them access to pm users with +Z
[*]deny them access to channels with +D - Restricted to Under 13s
[*]WHOIS LINE: User is over 18

If this is possible could someone assist me or even create a basic module that i could work around?

This sound's more like a services modules (no offense). You would need to have the users register accounts with an age option in the profile. Non-regged users would be automatically set to under 13 option until they register. But then you are still dealing with enforcing the age issue, as on most Online activity, kids put that they are 18 even if they aren't.

What services are you using? Maybe it could be implemented, but like I said, making sure the users put the correct birthday is the biggest issue your going to have.
